DELIVERY AND RETURNS

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
We are committed to sending your orders anywhere in the world and will do our utmost to ensure the quickest, safest and most cost effective manner at all times.

Delivery charges payable for items dispatched in the UK and abroad will be notified to you in the confirmatory email. Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes and additional charges for which you are solely responsible. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

We will email you when your order has been dispatched.

Please note that deliveries may need to be signed for upon arrival. Please also note that we take no responsibility for any delivery problems, which may occur from incomplete or incorrect address details supplied by you.

Our delivery options are as follows.

UK DELIVERY
All UK orders are dispatched by UPS or such other service provider as we deem suitable.

Your order will be dealt with as promptly as possible and we endeavour to dispatch goods within 1 working day.

Your order will be shipped once payment has been approved and the delivery/billing address has been verified.

If you have not received your goods within 10 working days please contact us by email.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
All International orders are dispatched by UPS or such other service provider as we deem suitable.

Your order will be dealt with promptly. Your order will be shipped once payment has been approved and the delivery/billing address has been verified. We do not take responsibility for any delays caused by custom clearance. Please note all international deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

*Please note that for orders shipped to countries outside of the EU, the recipient will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes. We advise that taxes and duties may not be refundable to NON-EU customers wishing to return items.

Please be aware that deliveries will usually take 3 - 5 working days from clearance of funds. If you have not received your goods within 14 working days please contact us.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you would be satisfied with your purchase.

Please note that the following points refer to orders made from stock only.

We are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst hoping that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your item we offer a full refund or exchange. We must however stress that in order to receive a refund or exchange on an order from stock, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still attached and in their original packaging.

Import duties, customs and local sales taxes are non-refundable. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any items, which we deem, unfit for resale.

If you are returning products please remember they are your responsibility as a customer until they reach us.

For your own protection we recommend that you send any returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, for example, Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery in the UK or a courier service in the US or Europe.

To return or exchange goods please contact us by email and you will receive instructions in return email.

Returns requests are required to be initiated within 10 days of receipt of your order.

Sale returns requests must be initiated within 5 days of receipt of order.

Exchange requests are required to be initiated within 10 days of receipt of your order.

Sale exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of receipt of your order.

Please note, upon receipt of your Returns Number, you will have 3 days to dispatch your returns shipment.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to settle on your account.

FAULTY GOODS
We prides ourselves in outstanding quality and regularly conduct quality checks of our stock. However, if you believe you have received a faulty item please contact us as soon as possible and we will advise how to proceed.
